Willy E. Stewart is a CEO, entrepreneur, thought leader, professional engineer, management consultant, author, speaker, husband, father and Ironman finisher.

Willy is founder and CEO of Stewart (StewartInc.com) an award-winning, 180-person multidisciplinary international design and engineering firm with five (5) offices in the Southeast United States. Willy, with a master degree in engineering, leads the strategic growth of the company and the development of highly trusting leadership teams.

Willy is also founder of i2 Integrated Intelligence, a management consulting firm that advises CEOs and senior leaders how to create healthy organizations by developing a trusting culture and optimizing growth through highly effective business strategies. He has conducted over 100 workshops on employee engagement, strategic planning and building high performing teams.

Willy is also founder and CEO of Elevar, a software development corporation dedicated to the creation of enterprise-level, web-based software solutions that facilitate the delivery of management processes and systems in an integrated environment. This a software that links design documentation, budgeting, and event management through a web-based portal available on any device that has an internet connection.

Willy is author of Fire Yourself, and Fireyourselfmovement.com, which embraces a new generation of business leaders rising up to demonstrated their strength and leadership through service and trust.

Mr. Stewart lives in Cary, NC with his wife, Sherri. He has five children and two Wheaten Terriers.

In addition to spending time with his family, he is an avid cyclist, business mentor, and contributor to the community. He serves on the North Carolina Governor’s Advisory Council on Hispanic/Latino Affairs, WakeMed Board of Directors, and the North Carolina Small Business Development Fund Board of Directors.

Mr. Stewart is also an advocate for education and has set up an endowed scholarship at North Carolina State University to help increase diversity in the College of Engineering.
